We built both of these. Measured them, drew them, engineered them, and ran the trades through to the last deficiency.

That's changed. We no longer hold trade contracts — we design, engineer and stamp, and you take the set to whichever builder you choose. But having built what we drew is why the drawings are what they are. We know which details a framer will curse at, what a take-off misses, and what an unpermitted alteration looks like behind the plaster, because we were the ones opening the wall.
