With their children grown, Marlee and Troy’s three-room layout felt cramped and outdated. They craved a sophisticated adult sanctuary that offered modern luxury without losing the historic character of their beloved Winnipeg home.

Our Strategy

We reimagined three dysfunctional rooms into two intentional spaces. By merging a bedroom and the old bath, we created an expansive spa-like retreat and a primary suite featuring a custom walk-in closet hidden behind a secret door.
